By registering with Recency International & using its programs, you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in the agreement.
Recency International may, at any time, choose to edit, add/or delete portions of this agreement & impose changes with/without prior notification of its members.
If any modification is unacceptable to anyone, only resource is to terminate this agreement.
Your continued participation in the Recency International programs following our change in policy notice or new agreement of policy will constitute binding acceptance to the change.
You must be 18 years or older however in case of minor consent of parent/guardian(s) is mandatory to join the program.
This program is open to Indian citizens and is void where prohibited by local governing laws.
You agree to and must use your own name and information related to you in the registration form and may not assume a false identity.
You are solely responsible for any and all use of Recency International programs including autorization by you to any third party who may use this program.
If any instance of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal are detected, it will result in membership termination and possible legal action.
The membership with Recency International is non-transferable.
Your membership may automatically expire on your death and/or your mental illness etc,; it is deemed that you agree to provide true accurate, correct and complete information about yourself in the registration form.
If you provide any information that is untrue,inaccurate or incomplete, Recency International has the right to suspend or terminate your membership and refuse any or all-past and/or current and/or future earnings.
The amount you pay to Recency International is purely for registration in the surveys programs controlled by Recency International or its clients and it is treated as registration fee and it is not refundable in any case.
On the receipt of your registration form and registration fee, Recency International would activate your membership usually within 4 working days.
Once you have completed our registration process you will be invited by us from time to time to participate in surveys.
Recency International collects surveys data that will assist marketers and companies in their decision-making.
Recency International only collects information need to make surveys meaningful to our clients.
Recency International will never release your personal data to our clients.
The results of our surveys are reported in aggregate. No one will ever see your individual answers as we guarantee your privacy.
To ensure the highest standards of professional research you cantake any given surveys only once.
We give you our absolute guarantee that you will never be asked to buy anything from us or from our clients.
Recency International will pay you only if you participate in our surveys/association and/or various programs conducted by us from time to time.
You agree that your earnings with Recency International are cash credits and these credits are not payable to you at any time for any reason until the sum of these credits reach a value of, or greater than the or greater than the value of Rupees 500/- at the time of computing payment.
Payments may vary depending on your participation in programs conducted by us.
Payment will bedeclared in last of every month.
You and Recency International are independent contractors and nothing in this agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise or employment relationship between you and Recency International.
You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representation on behalf of Recency International.
You may not make any statement that would contradict anything in this section.
You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes for money earned while using Recency International's programs.
Recency International at any point of time is not responsible for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this agreement or the Recency International's programs even if Recency International has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
This disclaimer is displayed for legal purposes and for the protection of Recency International from lawful suits.
The potential income as indicated on these pages and in the material provided for is based on "projected" figures and in no way is indicative of what exactly every person who joins Recency International will earn, but rather of what each can earn.
Income largely depends on ability, time and efforts put on by each person. No guarantee of income is provided.
In reality, there are/will members who earns both more than and less than the projected amount.
Work more to get more will be the guiding principle.
If you applied and/or have registered with Recency International, it is deemed that you agree to all the Terms and Conditions, Rules and Regulations, Norms and Policies of Recency International and it is also deemed that you have completely read, understood and agree to all the statements given in (all) the pages of the registration form.
Recency International has the sole right to accept or reject your registration for any reason.
It may or may not statethe reason for the rejection/acceptance of your registration form.
If your registration form is rejected, your registration form along with Cheque/DD will be sent to your Postal Address promptly.
Recency International very clearlycommit that, we are not liable for any hindrance or distraction in service, or for any technical problems.
